Desired date and time
The number and type of bikes (road bike, cross bike, e-bike, etc.) and declared value
The number, size, and type of luggage items (suitcase, backpack, etc.) and declared value
Information about the condition of your bike (any damage or malfunction identified at pickup)
Rental shop name and contact details (for rental bikes)
Payment information (note: we do not store card numbers ourselves — these are handled directly by the payment providers described below)

Receiving, confirming, arranging, and operating bike and luggage transport bookings

Communicating with the rental shop if damage or a malfunction is identified at pickup, and collecting and forwarding any repair charges on their behalf as instructed by the shop

In addition, if damage or other issues are identified with a rental bike, we may share the customer’s name, bike condition, and relevant payment information with the rental shop as necessary to resolve the matter. This sharing is carried out based on the customer’s consent given at the time of booking.

We use the following service providers to process personal information on our behalf, within the scope necessary for the purposes above. We select and supervise these providers appropriately.

Stripe (Stripe Japan Inc. / Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.): processing payments by credit card and similar methods
PayPay (PayPay Corporation): processing payments made via PayPay

Card numbers and other payment credentials are collected and processed directly by the payment providers. We do not retain them. Please refer to each provider’s privacy policy for details.

自転車および手荷物輸送サービスのご予約受付、確認、輸送手配および実施
お客様との連絡（予約確認、変更、キャンセル、引き取り・配達の調整、悪天候時のご案内等）

4. 個人情報の第三者提供
