- Basic fee: determined by route and distance (approximately ¥5,000–¥15,000, tax included)
- Handling fee per bike: ¥500 for sport bikes (road, cross, gravel, touring); ¥1,000 for e-bikes
- Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, out-of-area locations, multi-shop returns, and late arrivals.

Payment Timing
Payment is required in advance at the time of booking.
Service Delivery Timing
Bike and luggage pickup and delivery will be performed at the date and time agreed with the customer at booking. Same-day bookings may be accommodated subject to availability. Service will be performed promptly after booking confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: free cancellation, full refund
- Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- No-show: 100% cancellation fee
- Weather cancellation: If Seto Bike Taxi determines that service cannot be safely operated due to weather conditions, or if the customer requests cancellation due to poor weather, a full refund will be issued or a rescheduling option offered.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation approval. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Accepted Bikes and Luggage
- E-bikes, road bikes, cross bikes, gravel bikes, touring bikes
- Maximum 6 bikes per booking
- We cannot accept bikes with child seats, mama-chari (city bikes), or cargo bikes
- Luggage items (suitcases, backpacks, etc.)
Certain items (cash, hazardous materials, illegal substances, etc.) cannot be transported. Please see our Terms of Service for the full list.

- 基本料金：ルートおよび距離により決定（概ね¥5,000～¥15,000、税込）
- 1台あたりの取扱料金：スポーツバイク（ロード、クロス、グラベル、ツーリング）¥500/台、電動アシスト自転車¥1,000/台
- 上記のほか、時間外対応料、サービス地域外料金、複数店舗返却料等の追加料金が発生する場合があります。
商品代金以外の必要料金
- 銀行振込をご希望の場合の振込手数料
- 時間外対応料、サービスエリア外料金、複数店舗返却料、遅延料等（該当する場合）
- 消費税は上記料金に含まれています

キャンセル・返金ポリシー
- ご予約日時の24時間以上前：無料でキャンセル可能、全額返金
- ご予約日時の24時間以内：キャンセル料100%（返金なし）
- 無連絡の場合：キャンセル料100%
- 悪天候によるキャンセル：天候により安全にサービスを実施できないと当サービスが判断した場合、またはお客様が悪天候を理由にキャンセルを希望される場合、全額返金または振替日程の提案をいたします。
返金は、原則としてキャンセル承認後7営業日以内に、ご利用の決済方法にて処理いたします。お支払い方法によっては、返金の反映までさらに時間を要する場合があります。
引受可能な自転車・お荷物
- 電動アシスト自転車（Eバイク）、ロードバイク、クロスバイク、グラベルバイク、ツーリングバイク
- 1回のご予約につき最大6台まで
- チャイルドシート付き自転車、ママチャリ、カーゴバイク等は取扱いできません
- お荷物（スーツケース、バックパック等）
